Techcentre Training courses help residents in Tower Hamlets
This month we are excited to announce our courses will be helping residents in Tower Hamlets. Delivered in partnership with Poplar Harca, a housing and regeneration community association, residents have selected a range of digital skills for business courses, including cyber security, social media for business and search engine optimisation, combined with soft skills courses, including leadership, customer service, negotiation and presentation skills.

Our partnership came by chance when Common Purpose, a leadership development not for profit organisation, invited both Techcentre Training and Poplar Harca to participate in a collaboration programme with a professional services firm. After learning more about Techcentre's business with purpose mission, their staff suggested we should work in partnership with Poplar Harca and it is exciting we have turned this suggestion into a reality.

Developing both digital skills and soft skills helps to increase a person's employability and their chances of moving into worthwhile work. They are also key skills required to create your own business or become self-employed.
